I felt like there was no service at all which was quite sad I had a walking stick and I was given the towels I wasn’t asked if I wanted them to bring up the towels so customer service wasn’t great it had a lot of rubbish and dust underneath the bed it was a good price and the fact that u didn’t have to leave a deposit was the best part of the stay

This is a very strange hotel. I arrived about 15.00 on a Sunday and reception was locked. Apparently after 13.00 is considered ‘after hours’. Finally the manager appeared and showed me how to self check in. When I got to the room, it smelled heavily of smoke and there were no towels provided. I sought out the manager at the building opposite and was scolded for knocking on his door. Towels were given and the rest of the stay was uneventful. The room itself was adequate and featured all the usual amenities including kitchen facilities. There was a shower over bathtub which I’ve never enjoyed. The location was convenient for me at this time but I would not consider staying here in the future.

The room is basic but fine, 2 single beds and still lots of room, have a basic kitchenett with microwave, got a dining table with 2 chairs room condition a bit rundown, but acceptable for just a sleep or two. hardly any facilities great with free parking spots, remember it was a office building long time ago, and now converted into accomondation. For entrance a bit confused and require someone to open the door for you before check in, then 24 hours secured tag for access.

When we got to the location we checked everywhere there was no reception mid you we were there at 2:30pm waiting outside in the rain and cold trying to find where to go cause we thought it was closed til we had to call the number on the door for the other hotel and told to call the other number. The receptionist seemed a bit annoyed or un happy then relaxed a little after we made some jokes with him and helped us. The rooms were so dirty stains were everywhere on the bed pillows the blankets and the curtains. I booked to have a surprise for my partner for Valentines day and put rose petals and things there was no broom or vacuum in the room so had to pick everything up one by one with hands while on the floor and before that the rooms looked like they never get vacuum so much dust and debris around bed curtains everywhere there was little bit of dirt all over the floor but a lot of dust. We didnt cook but the pots were black and dirty with oil on them and when we used a blue light ?????? it was so bad

Bathroom bench wasn't clean, looks like toothpaste or similar was on it. Bathroom basin broken. Curtains wouldn't close properly, asked the manager to fix it, but nothing got done.

Proche du tramway, h?tel propre et conforme ! Personnel très agréable ! Je recommande pour un séjour d’une semaine, il y a beaucoup d’équipement dans la cuisine

The hotel was close to the tram, the common areas were clean and welcoming just I didn’t see a receptionist during my trip! The apartment and the mattress were comfortable, there was space and a kitchen with a lot of equipment! Quite quiet and accessible by car. I thank infinitely the young man room attendant who was nice, attentive, pleasant and very responsive!To avoid unpleasant surprises: there is no wifi but it is indicated when booking
